In-store navigation is a key component of the Chatbot Evolution project. As part of this initiative, we are considering the standardisation of Dan Murphy's stores on a national level. The objective is to implement a uniform system of product navigation, ensuring that Murphy Assist provides a consistent and efficient experience for customers across all stores.
