This project revolves around improving the user experience for Awards.Photos, a renowned global photography contest linked with FIAP, Eurasia, and Seed.Photo. We offer a platform for photographers of all levels to showcase their work, compete for cash prizes, and gain recognition. In my role as a design team leader, I oversaw projects such as the Awards Photo Contest website, the Ambassador Dashboard, Judges Dashboard, and Nominate Photographers interface. I also introduced a new platform segment to enhance customer engagement.

My responsibilities included managing a diverse team and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Ideation workshops and cross-functional meetings were key to innovation and effective problem-solving, ultimately delivering high-quality design solutions.
